23rd December 2008	Head Office closes for Christmas period
5th January 2009	Head Office Re-opens
30th January 2009	Resolutions will be sent with the January/February Newsletter.
10th March, 2009	Final date for receipt of Amendments to Resolutions and to Rules at Head Office.
31st March 2009	Final Agenda and Annual Reports will be sent with March/April Newsletter.
10th April 2009	Final date for receipt of Congress Delegates forms at Head Office.
24th April, 2009	Delegates Credentials will be sent
19th-20th May 2009	CONGRESS at The Grosvenor House Hotel, Skegness
